The four stars are dedicated to the ice and custard, which is of course beautiful and delicious. The missing star is because the staff here doesn't understand customer service at all - meaning that they haven't been properly trained by whomever owns this location. Shame, shame, Management. You'll lose customers who don't fully understand how yummy this stuff really is. Me? Oh, I'm in regardless of quality of service. Just give me my Rita's fix, with or without a smile, and I'm good. I don't need your no-glove-wearing bad attitude to change in order for my gelati to taste great. Be it Mango-Orange, Margarita, Georgia Peach, Island Fusion, or Passion Fruit, a favorite can always be found among the choices of the day. Bright, crisp flavors that taste authentic and allow you to eat a lot of it. I wish they had a drive-through. Closed Sundays (boo.).

I really want to leave a better review but for this location I really love the Swedish fish flavor ice and signed up for texts to let me know when they had that flavor. I got the text at 6 saying Swedish fish was a flavor of today and went in only a couple hours... Literally 8... And it isn't there, asked about it and they ran out at like 5. Well why are the texts going out past that time? I will eat here again but they need to fix that system asap

When we walked into Rita's it had a very funky odor. It was pretty disgusting. I'm not sure who/or what it was. I got a straw berry blendini for $5.00. It was a strawberry short cake type flavor. It tasted pretty good on a warm day. It had strawberries and vanilla wafter chunks mixed in their vanilla custard. I've only been to this location a few times, and have only gotten their custard. I'll need to try it again and get their ice, because I hear that is pretty tasty.

My wife and I love this place - we've been to Rita's all over the US. Utah's Ritas have this weird thing where they don't put custard on the top and bottom of their gelatis.... just the top. This is annoying because by the time you get to the ice the custard is all gone and you're just eating ice. Whoever is in charge needs to get this changed cause all the rest of the Rita's all over the US are doing it right with the custard on top and bottom. Just sayin.

My wife and I went here today for the first time. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the line was not long, and the prices were reasonable. I asked to sample some ice flavors and they had no problem with me testing a few to get a flavor I liked. My wife got a sundae and both her and my 2 year old loved it! Out the door we paid about $6.50 and left satisfied. Those who have complained about the price need to realize the quality is much better than local fast food competitors and the cost will be a little higher because they don't offer a full food menu to subsidize the costs of operations. All in all it was a fun, safe, clean environment and the desserts were excellent! A must-try for everyone.

Meh, we prefer Dairy Queen blizzards to this place which is much more expensive. Usually rather crowded too. I am underwhelmed by the menu items, which seem to emphasize blended ice or some nonsense (gimme full fat ice cream please not a slurpee!). Cold stone is a bit better or even maceys kong kones are more enjoyable to me.

Fun addition to the Spanish Fork scene. I went in with my son and we both got gelati's. He got the rootbeer float that sounded gross to me but he really like it and I got the mango. Good stuff!!
